CARE focuses on empowering particularly marginalized and vulnerable women in Cambodia, including urban women who are marginalized by occupation, rural women who are denied multiple rights, and women and girls from ethnic minorities. Job Summary
The Senior Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will provide technical guidance, capacity building and support to the Implementation of the Social Accountability Framework (I-SAF) partner staff on common indicator frameworks.
They will help develop M&E frameworks, tools and reporting systems for I-SAF implementation in close cooperation with the M&E Advisor and the I-SAF M&E Working Group. They will also develop and deliver capacity building in M&E to partner staff to ensure reporting of regular monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual output data by the partners and share with the I-SAF Partnership Steering Committee.
Salary: $860 – $925
